Maine Senior Portrait Photographer
Your senior year flies by so quickly, which is why it’s so important to capture this amazing time in your life. When you invest with me as your photographer, you’re investing in a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Right from the start, you’ll notice how different your senior portrait experience is to what your parents or even your older siblings might have experienced. Before we start, we’ll discuss what you want out of your photos and I’ll answer any questions that you might have, ensuring that you get exactly what you’re looking for. Your photos should reflect the real you and bring out your true personality. We would LOVE for you to take advantage of the golden hour when the light is soft and warm. There are countless possibilities once you step outside. Choose from a beautiful garden, an open field filled with wild flowers, the European city feel of the Old Port, or of course, one of Maine’s beautiful beaches. I photograph Maine high school seniors from Gorham, Scarborough, Windham, Buxton, Portland, Falmouth, Cumberland, Cape Elizabeth, Lewiston and more!
The Process
Many of our clients (the ladies) often ask us whether it’s necessary to use a professional hair stylist and makeup artist and we highly recommend it. When you use a professional to help you with your hair and makeup, you’ll not only benefit from their skills and experience but their professional products too. Drug store makeup and hair products will only last so long and we always achieve much better photos when a professional is there to ensure that you look amazing from start to finish.
So should you choose, we have a hair stylist and makeup artist that will be available on the day of your shoot to help you look and feel your best in your photos. Once your hair and makeup is done, we will head to some of the best locations so that we can capture images that are different than everyone else’s photos. At your location you’ll want to change up your look; try mixing it up with some new outfits. Even small subtle changes can make a big difference. Editing and Ordering
After your session comes the editing. Your eyes will sparkle and your skin will be flawless, so there’s no need to be overly concerned about any minor imperfections you may have on the day of your shoot. Ordering: After your photos have been processed, I will meet with you and reveal your images and look at each photo set and narrow them down to your favorites. I’ll guide you through the ordering process so you can be sure your senior photos are displayed in the best way imaginable. We offer prints of all sizes, canvas prints, and albums.
